Sensitivity to hot or cold typically improves over time. If it doesn’t, you should be evaluated by your dentist.
How Should Veneers Feel?
Your veneers should feel secure, comfortable, and natural once you’ve adjusted to them. They shouldn’t cause persistent pain, interfere with your bite, or feel as though they’re constantly rubbing against your tongue or gums.
If something doesn’t feel right, don’t simply assume you have to live with it. Your dentist can examine the veneers and make adjustments when appropriate.
